How It Works

1. Music → Protein (M2P)
Your MIDI/audio is transcribed to notes, then decoded into a protein sequence via chord→amino-acid mapping.

2. Fold & Compose
ESMFold predicts the 3D structure from the sequence, then Protein→Music maps the structure back to a new MIDI composition.

3. Compare
The results page shows the predicted structure, both input and output audio side by side, score notation, and Note Identity / Pitch Correlation metrics.
