Protein to Music
Enter a DNA/RNA/protein sequence or upload a PDB structure. Each residue becomes a bar of music: amino acid properties drive chord selection, spatial contacts shape instrumental timbre, and codon frequency governs rhythm.
Listen to your protein's unique sonic fingerprint — customize instruments and volumes with the built-in 3-channel mixer, then cast your vote for the best remix.
Music to Protein
Upload a MIDI, WAV, or MP3 track. The system extracts chord progressions and maps them onto the 20 standard amino acids using a 4-dimensional physicochemical vector, weighted by species-specific codon preferences.
Design a brand-new protein from your melody — ESMFold predicts its 3D folded structure so you can visualize and download the result as a PDB file.
Multiple Sequence Alignment
Paste your protein sequences below (≥2). Whitespace, newlines, and numbers are automatically stripped. Seq 1 is the reference.
